Thank you for your interest in our program. What we are
offering you is
not that earth shattering but it will save you a lot of time. When we
first
started using our digital camera, we decided we needed to do more
than
just print one picture on one page. We have developed a system or set
of instructions to "drop" the images we wanted in a format with
which most
insurance companies are familiar. To view samples of our photo sheet
click on appropriate button. As you can see, this looks like most any
other
photo sheet. The difference is the pictures are images on paper and
not
pictures glued or stapled.
We have not developed any new software in this process but use
existing
word processing software and refined the steps necessary to create
your
photo sheet. It took us about three months to find all the shortcuts
to
allow us to use the digital images quickly, easily, and still produce
a
professional product.
In order to use our system, you would need at least WordPerfect
6.1,
a digital camera, a color printer, and a Pentium computer. We use
a
Kodak DC120 camera and a Tektronix Phaser 740 color printer.
We will provide you with two personalized forms and a
detailed
step-by-step set of instructions. These will allow you to create the
same style photo sheet we use. The instructions and forms will be
sent on a 3.5" disk along with written instructions. If you are
somewhat
proficient in WordPerfect, you should not have problems at all. If you
are not currently a user of WordPerfect, with a little time and patience,
we should have you up and running in a couple of days. The cost of the
system on diskette is $200.00. Additional site licenses are $35.00
each.
We have been using our cameras since November of 1995. In
fact,
we are on our second generation of cameras. All of the
companies
like the product and there has not been one complaint. We also E-Mail
our work since the images are now digitized. If you have any other
questions, do not hesitate to call us. We look forward to working
with
you and your digital photography.
